Heather Alexandar is the Founder of Cosmic Soulchemy and has been teaching yoga since 2018. Holding an E-RYT 200 certification, she aims to finish her RYT 300 Teacher Training in Autumn 2023. In 2022 she became YACEP registered with the Yoga Alliance and leads workshops for continuing education for yoga teachers in Denver Metro and surrounding areas of Colorado. She is also a professional astrologer, Crystal Reiki Master Teacher, Cosmic Wellness Luminary, & host of the Heather Namaste Podcast. She knows from personal experience the benefits of fully understanding ourselves on a deeper energetic, soulful level and how that can help us navigate our journey with more passion & purpose. When Heather isn’t teaching yoga or leading community events, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking with her pup Marley, being in nature, & studying the stars.
