When you sign up for any yoga session with us:

(1) You acknowledge that you are participating in this yoga class at your own risk.

(2) You assume full responsibility for your own safety.

(3) You waive all liability on the part of the instructor.

(4) You warrant that you are physically capable of doing this class without medical restrictions.

(5) If you are unsure of your physical ability, please check with your doctor before proceeding.

(6) Any instruction given by the yoga instructor is not medical advice.

(7) If you have any physical conditions that the instructor should know about before the class begins, it is your responsibility to tell the instructor, clearly and completely.
