Requirements

 

ALL Participants must be able to swim before signing up.

Participants are responsible for supplying their board or acquiring a rental (this is a great resource) and for entrance fees to the Reservoir. Aurora Reservoir has a city park pass that will allow you entrance.

Sunny SUP & Nidra

Yoga Nidra balances and restores all bodily systems by creating improved thought patterns to reduce stress. You will notice illuminated self-esteem and confidence, better sleep, improved physical health, and enhanced waking mindfulness. This style of yoga also diminishes symptoms of anxiety and depression. Enjoy your time on a serene lake with Sunny Sup n Nidra, which is great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and strength!

Slow Flow SUP Yoga

During this 90-minute class, you will be guided through a slow-flow yoga sequence on the water, finishing with a guided meditation during savasana. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. You'll hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each shape instead of moving to each breath. You'll connect your awareness through conscious breathing and mindful movement, which builds more confidence, strength, and patience on and off the water.

Group SUP Yoga Experience

This is a 90-minute private class for you and a group of up to 10 besties will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence on the water, finishing with a guided meditation during savasana. You'll connect your awareness through conscious breathing to mindful movement which builds more confidence, strength, and patience on and off the water. This is a great experience for Bachelorette parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Gifts, and so much more!
