Service Description

This 60-minute stability class will guide you through a gentle hatha yoga sequence to help you build more strength, stability, and balance. This flow connects movement to breath and intentional awareness to help strengthen stabilization muscles. Expect to increase your equilibrium and balance in everyday life, as this is excellent support for activities such as hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, and surfing! You'll need a yoga mat for this practice. Yoga blocks, a strap, and a blanket are also excellent props to have on hand. Don't have those?
