Service Description

During this 90 minute Slow Flow class, you will be guided through a gentle vinyasa yoga sequence on the water. This flow connects movement to breath and intentional awareness to help strengthen stabilization muscles. This style of yoga will increase your equilibrium and balance in everyday life, and is great support for activities such as hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, and surfing! What to bring: Water Snacks Sunnies Sunblock Hat Long-sleeved tee or rash guard for sun protection Waterproof bag (optional) *Paddle Board & Life Jacket (if you do not have your own, rentals are available at the Reservoir) At the start of class we will meet at the reservoir's lower lot. It has clearly marked signage and plenty of parking. The class is about 90 minutes long and will include a brief safety lesson and a paddle board usage review, as well as plenty of time for photos after class. Pre-registration is required, and all classes are limited to 7 students for safety at this time. Although some previous experience with yoga is helpful, no experience with yoga or paddle boarding is required. Class includes basic paddle boarding and safety instruction. You must be able to swim. *Please Note: This fee is for the class only; entrance fees to the reservoir and rental fees are the student's responsibility.
