Service Description
Benefits of this style of yoga include: improve flexibility. stretch connective tissue. boost circulation. improve sleep. enhance mental focus. promote relaxation. develop breath awareness. You'll need a yoga mat for this practice. Yoga blocks, a strap, and a blanket are also excellent props to have on hand. Don't have those? Pillows of all sizes, rolled-up towels, and blankets are also great options to use as props! There is an allotted 5 - 10 mins before and after class for questions or just to chat. This class is available through Zoom - Pre-registration is required for this class.
