About the event
Join us on the water for a special SUP Yoga + Paddle experience honoring the sacred masculine within and around us. In celebration of Father’s Day weekend, Anchor & Flow invites all bodies and backgrounds to explore strength, stillness, and presence in a rooted and expansive way.
This 90-minute class begins with an intention-setting circle, followed by a mindful yoga flow on the water. We’ll move through grounding postures, breathwork, and a meditative paddle — all designed to balance inner strength with softness. Together, we’ll hold space for what it means to embody or honor the masculine — whether through fatherhood, partnership, ancestry, or personal growth.
This event is open to all genders and experience levels. Bring a loved one or come solo — all are welcome in this floating container of reflection and connection.
