SUP Restore + Reset is a deeply calming and restorative paddleboard experience designed to soothe the senses, regulate the nervous system, and invite presence back into the body.
We’ll begin with a slow, mindful paddle to settle into the rhythm of the water, followed by breathwork to anchor into stillness. On the water, you’ll be guided through gentle, restorative shapes supported by your board — designed to open the body without effort and invite deep release.
