As summer begins to wane, Virgo season calls us inward โ into clarity, intention, and sacred structure. Float Into Virgoย is a grounding SUP Yoga experience meant to help you realign with what truly supports you.
Weโll open with an astrology check-in: the essence of Virgo energy โ discernment, simplicity, and earth-based ritual. Then weโll move through a strong yet spacious SUP Yoga flow focusing on precision, alignment, and slow intentional movement. Expect twists, detoxifying breathwork, and poses that activate your center.
After class, weโll close with grounding herbal sips, lavender mist, and reflection โ honoring the shift from outer expansion to inner refinement.
