Welcome the first water sign of the zodiac with a floating experience designed to soften, open, and reconnect. Float Into Cancer invites you into the heart space — a place of safety, sensitivity, and intuitive flow.
We’ll begin with a waterside circle and a short exploration of the emotional, nurturing energy of Cancer season. Then we’ll move through a fluid SUP Yoga practice — focusing on breath, balance, and the sacred art of receiving. Expect heart openers, side-body stretches (Cancer rules the ribs), and a slow rhythm that mirrors the water itself.
After class, we’ll float in stillness and share a sweet Cancerian-style celebration on shore — complete with rosewater, herbal tea, and moon-inspired treats.
