SUP Gentle Stability offers a mindful, core-centered flow designed to help you feel strong, connected, and calm — all while floating in nature.
You’ll explore slow, intentional movement with a focus on deep core engagement, shoulder support, and inner thigh/glute activation. Expect static holds, playful balance drills, and thoughtful transitions — all designed to build resilience from the inside out.
It’s empowering without being aggressive — a perfect blend of movement and mindfulness. Class ends with a gentle float and a refreshing iced herbal tea onshore.
