Cosmic SUP Sangha

Hey paddle boarders, 

Join us for a fun community paddle around the lake. We will gather at a designated location to pump our boards and get our gear ready for a morning paddle on the water. Before we launch our boats, there will be a brief safety talk and paddle lesson refresher. 

This is an excellent opportunity to go for a paddle with a group, explore a new location, and get to know other SUP enthusiasts in the neighborhood! 

Before we hit the water, we'll cover essential safety tips and provide quick paddle instructions. Then, it's time to launch into a 30-minute yoga class on the paddleboard, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

What to bring:

• Water
• Snacks
• Sunglasses
• Sunblock
• Hat
• Long-sleeved tee or rash guard for sun protection
• Waterproof bag (optional)
• Paddle Board & Life Jacket (rentals available if needed)

Experience Balance Beyond Limits. Find your center as you float on the paddleboard, connecting with nature in ways you never thought possible. 

Essential Things to Know:

• This event is weather permitting
• Pre-registration is required.
• Participants Must be able to swim.
• No prior yoga or paddle-boarding experience is needed.
• Basic paddle boarding and safety instruction included.
• You must have a state park pass or pay the daily entry fee.
