I combine a beautiful and activating blend of Ayurveda, and holistic mindfulness practices, including guided meditation, and yogic philosophy, as well as your cosmic blueprint to help strengthen your intuition to guide you into a more divinely connected, intuitive holistic lifestyle.  In this 30-minute consultation, you'll experience an ayurvedic evaluation to discover your doshas (Dosha refers to bodily humor (or bio-energy center) in Ayurvedic medicine), and gunas (n Hindu and yogic philosophy, the gunas refer to the 3 qualities of matter inherent in everyone and everything. They are sattva, rajas, and tamas) We will also discuss your intentions and goals.
